Questions we get asked
Will I receive the product I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the product shown. Colours may look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings.
Do you deliver?
No. Mr Build Online is collection only. Choose your branch at checkout, wait for the "ready for collection" email or call, then collect with your order number and photo ID within 7 days. Your own courier may collect for you with your written permission.
How long until my order is ready?
It depends on the branch and what you ordered. We let you know by email or phone as soon as it is packed. Large items like cement, timber, roof sheets and tanks can take a little longer to prepare.
Where can I see my receipt?
Your receipt is emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also see your order in My Account.
How do I return an item?
Bring it to the branch where you collected it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, with your proof of purchase and ID. Custom-mixed paint, cut-to-size boards and opened consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
Will you restock items marked out of stock?
Yes, we restock popular items regularly. Check the product page, or send us a message to confirm when it will be back.
Can you cut boards for me?
Our branches offer cutting and edging. Plan your pieces in the cut list planner and send the list to your branch. They will confirm the price and when it is ready.
