Collection only

Mr Build Online offers in-store collection only. We do not deliver or ship orders placed on this website. When you order, you choose the branch closest to you and collect your order there.

How collection works

  1. Choose your branch at checkout and complete your payment. You receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Wait for your "ready for collection" notification. We email or call you once your order is picked and packed. Please do not go to the branch before then.
  3. Collect your order with your order number and valid photo ID.

Collection by someone else

Someone collecting for you needs your order number, a written note or message from you authorising them, a copy of your ID and their own photo ID.

Uncollected orders

Orders are held for 7 days from the "ready for collection" notification. After that we may cancel the order, refund you (less any applicable costs) and return the stock to the shelf. If you need more time, contact your branch before then.

Large and bulk items

Cement, timber, roof sheets, tanks and other large items may need extra time to prepare or load. Please bring a suitable vehicle and ask the branch team about loading.

Your own courier

You may arrange your own courier or transport once your order is ready. Shipping is for your own account and at your own risk once the goods leave the branch. Tell the branch in advance; your courier needs your order number and written authorisation.
